Flowers supposed to have been delivered Wednesday 20th December 2023. The delivery person said nobody was in and they had been sent back to the depot. They tried again on 21st and the same thing happened. Again 22nd and guess what? Nobody was in. They were finally delivered dead of course on Saturday 23rd. Left on the step with a photograph of proof of delivery. Well the family plus workmen were in all week. If they could leave the flowers on the step 5 days after posting, why did that not happen on the Wednesday? £50 down the drain plus the anxiety and utter disappointment and money wasted. Disgraceful service.

Update: Knocked down by one star as the visitor car park is always full, occupied by Staff I assume. Whenever I go there, all spots are taken, but there are no "visitors" collecting or sending items. It puts you in a very difficult position where you can't park anywhere as the street is full and there is no other nearby parking that you can use. ---------- I agree with the other reviewers, place is hard to find. Please see below for driving instructions: - If coming from the A580 take the first left turn once on Shield Drive. - If coming from the A6 or other place take the last right on Shield Drive, past the Wilkinson Welding Academy. I've attached a snapshot from maps with directions in case it's useful. As for the place itself it's poorly maintained and the gate entrance needs some repairs or at least a thorough cleaning as it's a mess to go through when it rains. The collection office is the closest to the visitor's car park, as you enter the gate, follow the footpath to the right of you and it's the first door from the right of the building, at the end of the hand rails.

Just spent half and hour driving round the industrial estate trying to find sorting office. Not easy to get to. Should be more sign posts. When I got there, no signs of where to go. Just 3 red doors appeared locked. Flimsy bit of paper that says push door, which I did. Appeared locked. Went into the sorting office, got told I shouldn't be in there as its dangerous. I wouldn't be in there if there were some signs of where to go. When complaining I get treated like I'm harassing. Very frustrating experience when wouldn't be so if there were clear instruction of how to get there and where to go.

Absolutely appalling customer service at this place. The postman tried to deliver a parcel on 06/12/19 and left a partially filled out card in the letterbox. I went to the sorting office to pick it up and was told they couldn't find it. They weren't bothered and just wanted to get my details so I would leave. I left my details and they promised to call me back the next day. The next day come and would you believe it, I didn't get a call so I had to chase them again. I went in yesterday and was met with another unhelpful member of staff. He said "we have a load of parcels we have to go through. Give me your details and we'll call you when we find it." How can it take 4 days (so far) to look for a parcel? I even contacted the Head Office and lodged a complaint; they said a manager from the sorting office would call me today (10/12/19). Have a guess what? they haven't called.
