Extremely poor experience at the collection point on Saturday. Out of 10 people that were queuing before me at least 3 gave up and went home without parcels. The guy that worked at the counter couldn't find any. When it was my turn the same thing happened... NOT SURPRISINGLY! He gave my away to the wrong person! Luckily it wasn't anything important or valuable and the lady that received it (together with another incorrect parcel) brought it to my home few hours later. She received 3 parcels and only one of them was meant for her. I'll use this service again... I have no other choice.

I was stood at the collection counter for more than 5 minutes before anyone came. There were 4 people outside chatting and smoking whilst I was pointlessly pushing the bell at the front desk! Also, from the customer side of the front desk you can clearly see people's names and addresses on parcels, don't Royal Mail do any GDPR training?

Awful service from the collection point, took 15 minutes to find an expensive purchase is a laptop at first the guy told me he couldn't find it til I requested him to have a look again and bingo! The post office next door is always busy with queues outside near the chippy next door! Only to be quizzed by in experienced counter staff...you'd think for a government run thing would run a lot better.

Google opening times vastly different to reality Only open till 10am most of the week based on a laminated sign on the door.

I had received a message from a supplier that a parcel had been delivered for my collection. This could not be traced initially, but the staff were under pressure and promised a computer trace. The parcel was delivered to my house in the afternoon, rather than my having to collect. Well done and Thank you.
