Really good quality homes with brilliant aftercare. From start to finish, the process of buying, moving in and fixing issues (snagging) was seamless. All new homes will have minor defects and cracks while the house settles but Russell Homes have always been there to put things right in a timely manner. We had a number of contractors in our home to fit shutters, artificial grass and fitted wardrobes etc; all of them commented on the quality of build. It's not something you hear often with new housing developments.
