Whilst work shop management is top. I can only say that if I could leave a minus review I would. I worked there for over a year and experienced a lot. I believe a lot needs investigating with the hierarchy, specifically the director. An obnoxious individual who defines racist. Never employee’s individuals of a coloured race but will pay the current foreigners a bare minimum wage for an unbelievably hard job. A man who bullies people into leaving and is not really liked by a workforce who are scared into thinking they will be sacked by him for no cause what so ever. An individual who I believe was bullied at school and his wife is having an affair on him. I can only tell you to stay away from working at this company as the pay is awful for a job which deserves more. Also the fact everyone who work there’s doesn’t stay for more than 6 months, bar 4 or 5 individuals. If you want job security go somewhere else. If you want to be whipping boy apply here
