We used Ryder Dutton to sell our property and we had a great experience with them. We dealt with Richard Boyle at the Oldham branch and we highly recommend him. He chased our purchaser's solicitor of his own volition and kept us informed every step of the way. He did exactly what he said he'd do without us ever having to chase him. Very pleased with the service.

We recently sold out property using Ryder and Dutton. From the very start team were very informative and helpful. Our negotiator was Amy Heaton from the Oldham branch. Amy was fabulous, she was always keeping us up to date with the process, and guiding us through the different stages. Always happy to help. Thanks so much to Amy and the team. I would definitely recommend Ryder and Dutton, and would definitely use them again.

Excellent service from Ryder and Dutton....can't fault them in anyway. Richard Boyle who we mainly dealt with was outstanding, always keeping us informed every step of the way. They made the sale of my late mum and dad's house straightforward. Really cannot recommend them enough.

We had a great experience with from start to finish. Our sales negotiator Laura Chadderton went above and beyond throughout to ensure we had all our queries answered very quickly and we had a fair few being first time buyers.
