The guy on the weighbridge is a proper idiot, has a serious power trip being in charge of that tanoy, forever screaming and shouting at folk, he's renowned for it. Guys on the forklifts never want to do their job either. Definitely go elsewhere.

take piss tipping 2 n half hours to tip. and when I got to weighbridge they sent me to tip on a other site I could of been out of there in 20 minutes. they need someone walking down que to ask what trucks got what on. That will prevent us sitting there hours.

These guys are brilliant they took my car scrapped it. Sent marker of scrapped to dvla, checked with dvla and my road tax refund has been issued and is in the post to me...can't encourage people enough to use these guys. When they collected my car they paid more than anyone else and I was not even there when they took it. Just a brilliant service overall. This is how you do business.

Great experience from start to finish. Pleasant guy in the office, very friendly guy, Paul, who collected my car, talked me through the paperwork and 50mins. later the money was in my bank account. 5*.

Arranged for my old car to be collected today, through Cartakeback. Paul, from S. Norton rang me when he was 10 minutes away and was friendly and efficient. The only “black mark” Paul …… probably not advisable to tell a woman that her beloved car (which she’s had for 12 years), is going to crushed! I would rather not have known.😢 But can’t fault the service and would recommend to anyone. 👍👍
