Very poor customer service, messed my friend around massively. Did jobs she didn't ask for just so she could be charged and then refused to give her back the car when she wouldn't pay the whole lot upfront in cash, despite being previously agreed a bank transfer AFTER completion would be acceptable. Clearly lied about certain aspects of what he had done and in the end I had to travel from Stockport just to help her get the car back, rude and mouthy partner was on site the whole time and made us wait over an hour before he came to get the car out of the garage. A Conman and generally a rude person. Avoid like the plague. EDIT - Now he appears to be lying about what has happened in the reply class, it's also since come out the con artist did a terrible job and missed several problems anyway.
