***THE ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY*** Paid deposit for a door in January. Months later somebody else comes to measure it and then more waiting. Constantly chasing them for an installation date. Installation date comes and goes. Still not heard anything. Constantly ringing them and never getting a straight answer always ends with they will get another department to ring me back (which they never do) Wish I didn’t bother. Further update, after called again on day of installation was told a delay in a part so when asked about what part they then told me it’s a delay on the door. Had zero updates from the company throughout. Worst than useless.

Would have given 0 if possible! From start of enquiry harassing me for an appointment then sending 2 sales staff who are commission based and couldn’t be bothered to measure up as didn’t feel job was worth it! Then when I have enough chance went through with order only for a query to come up which was communicated poorly. After numerous promises of calls and manager queries raised still not resolved as the manager felt 5 minutes prior to her finishing for the day was adequate time to deal with a complex query. Hours and hours wasted. Cancellation request submitted! Worst customer experience , happy to take money but not provide service!! DO NOT USE!

We have 6 windows and two doors, he quoted us £14k first then somehow dropped to £8k which is still way above market price from other companies. This was our first viewing and we were told we needed to pay £100 to secure the price, we asked can we cancel, they salesman said yes, all UK contracts have 14 days. We checked other places and called back after a week as we found a local company more trustworthy, we were told we can't get our deposit back as their cancellation is 7 days. Customer service was not helpful because we had to ring 4 times and told we were getting a call back, they called us after our 7 day cancellation period. Don't trust this company.

I needed new windows in the upstairs bedrooms to replace those which were past their best, with poor insulation and thin glass. I got a very competitive quote from Safestyle and soon after paid a small deposit and had the survey done. It was quite a tricky job as the windows were fitted to a dormer section and careful removal was necessary. Two weeks later the fitters arrived bang on time at 8 am and were finished by 3 pm. They tidied the considerable mess. I'm glad the job was done well before Christmas and the cold weather to come. The new windows are superb, draught free and very attractive. Some plastic beading had to be fitted to replace the old wooden beading that couldn't be salvaged. This is a vast improvement! I'm totally satisfied with the new windows and am very glad I gave the contract to Safestyle. They are obviously a firm to be trusted with fair prices and a quality product.

Completely ignored a VERY clear sign! We are looking to change 8 windows this year but I WILL NOT be using this company.
