Open at 6am???? Be lucky if they open at 6pm called this morning to get fuel n paper at 615am still cones blocking entrance no tanker in.went to mirrisons open papers ready and fuel 4p a litre cheaper

I've always filled up my car fuel here and done the air and water on my car at the same time only to find out they now charge you to use the air and water. I'll be using elsewhere from now on shame on you sainsbury's.

I went in and got my shopping yesterday. Before leaving the store I found that I had picked up a bag of their own dry cat food that wax for a kitten rather than an older cat. When doing my lottery I asked the lady on the counter if I could change it. She called the customer services lady over and explained my mistake. The CS lady said we can’t change anything at the moment due to covid19 and pointed to a very small notice. The other member of staff said that I hadn’t actually left the store and I pointed out that others before me must have handled the product that I had bought too. Eventually the lady at the lottery counter said for me to go and change it whilst she looked after my shopping and I would like to thank her for that. Shame the CS lady gas no customer service skills what do ever. Also my elderly parents went shopping here yesterday lunchtime and were told that they couldn’t both go in (I saw plenty of couples shopping when I went in). Even after explaining it would be too much for my mum due to severe arthritis they still wouldn’t let them both in. The y were told that a member of staff would help her with anything heavy and with packing (obviously this staff member would not be from the same household as my mum). Once in the store there was NO help available and no offer of help with packing at the till. While I understand that times are difficult and we have to be careful We will never shop here again.

I go here as it's one of the cheapest around and never had a problem with quality of petrol or diesel. They also have some decent offers in there on the chocolate as they catch your eyes as you walk past.
