Have used for years and always great service from Dave in Sale. I took daughters car in recently for 2 new front tyres and dealt with someone else as Dave on holiday. Technician told me the tyres were dangerous and not to drive but he would order them for me and they would be available following morning at the Frodsham site. Drove cautiously 30 minutes to Frodsham only to be told he’d ordered the wrong size tyre and couldn’t be done until Monday - also increased the price by £50! The owner Phil was there and did apologise but when I voiced my concern and frustration, he was completely unbothered. I had to drive back to Sale with 2 unsafe tyres after a wasted and dangerous trip! Terrible and unprofessional service and I will no longer use - after 20+ years and countless recommendations to friends and family, they have lost a good customer
