One of the most authentic and inspirational places to learn Thai boxing in Manchester if not the northwest. Incredibly welcoming, great equipment and culture and Thai boxing is only the tip of what the centre offers. Can’t recommend enough, newbies and more seasoned hobbiest to fighters on the local circuit

Awesome gym, everything you need for fitness or Muay Thai training. Mark is a fantastic coach, you can tell you are being trained by a pro fighter, I have trained at a number of other gyms and none even come close. Fantastic for the kids too, my daughter started as a timid 5 year old and is now an outgoing 6 year old that can take care of herself. Highly recommend!

Superb gym coupled with excellent trainers. Heavily influenced by Boxing and Muay Thai the trainers ensure that you get the best from your time there with them. I lost over a stone in weight in my first month there but my body transformation was even more notable.
