Amazing visit. We popped in today around 12pm without pre-ordering so were wary about what would be available, but we were served and helped by a super friendly woman with short blonde hair, she advised us on the best products to get and the availability, and was so chatty for the whole transaction. We are so pleased with our visit today and the great customer service received.

Having been totally ignored for many minutes, (even though the shop was empty) I was a little surprised when an employee walked straight past me and started typing into a nearby work station and a second employee started to attend to another customer who had entered the shop some time after me. The first employee then refused to come to talk to me when I said I would like to ask a question. I won't deal with rude people and I will spend my money elsewhere. q

I wouldve given it 5 stars had it not been for the girl behind the counter who gave the impression that she really doesn't care about presentation and customer service levels. Other than this, it was very convenient, quick visit, good price and clean shop

I needed just one small screw for a suitcase retractable handle and although screw fix sell in larger quantities, the manager very kindly found me a couple of suitable screws which he refused any payment for! Thankyou for a very kind gesture

Went here to collect a bracket I had chosen through click and collect. The item was available within an hour. Upon arrival I was happy to see the social distance guidelines were being followed and the staff were wearing masks. Well don’t in this didficult time.
