I want to give minus or zero stars as 1 star rating is way to high … Went in Stockport branch which I definitely would not recommend to anyone!! appalling disgusting service!! swore at numerous times by a member of staff all because we did not require assistance just wanted to browse first, asked to speak to the manager and turns out that the person that was swearing at us was in fact the manager!! appalling managerial skills … the manager has no idea what customer service is … have reported to head office! never will I set foot in scs and definitely not the Stockport branch, plenty of furniture shops in Stockport area, went in DFS and sofology excellent service and then went a short drive up the road to furniture village and purchased high quality items corner sofa, nest of tables and a picture and received outstanding customer service.

Went to look at 2 seater sofas on offer. Poor quality, Sat on sofa and sunk right down. You get what you pay for / can afford.

The furniture was (nice), overpriced and the armrests on some where fastend with Velcro which can cut into the side of the bottom cushion.
