I am here to help
My name is Sean Salinger. I specialise in 3 key areas that will help you lead a healthy and happy life.
As a Personal Trainer, Nutritional Consultant, and Mindset Coach, I want to work with you so that you can live the life you have always wanted.
Take inspiration from my own journey. After 25 years in Corporate I.T, I was totally burnt out, stressed, depressed and overweight. I wasn’t happy with the way I looked, felt, or lived. Whenever I would look in the mirror, I wouldn’t love the person looking back at me.
I decided to change my life for the better. Not by entering a bootcamp and working out to within an inch of my life whilst starving myself, but by getting to know and understand why I was feeling the way I was. Then from there implementing the changes I needed to become the person I wanted to be.
I loved my 'new life' so much, that I re-trained at a Personal Trainer, and started to help Ladies and Gents to get into great shape, increase their energy levels and benefit from long term physical and mental health & happiness.
When I train clients, there is no shaming, no repercussions, just honesty that gets you in touch with the person that you want to become.
I provide all the training, support, accountability and motivation you need.
I will be with you every step of the way, and whilst I can tell you it may not always be easy, I know from my own life story and the success stories of the hundreds of clients I have worked with, that the destination will be worth the journey.

I am so grateful that I stumbled upon Sean Salinger fitness. Having never been to a gym before I was apprehensive and had no idea where to start. Sean has provided a fitness program tailored to my needs and fitness levels. He guides me during all classes and provides enough support to give me the confidence to continue. Everyone attending is very friendly and supportive providing motivation both in person and online. There are a wide variety of classes available at times that I can easily fit around my schedule. I would highly recommend this service!

I'd been at many gyms before, but never really felt like I truly belonged there. Loads of big blokes lifting weights, no camaraderie or very little interaction with others. Just after summer 2022, I was feeling flat, struggling to commit to getting out riding, and stumbled across Sean's gym. Thought I'd give it a go, and albeit more expensive than standard gyms, I thought that might also make me more inclined to go. Here I am almost 18 months on, committing to at least 3 session a week, feeling better, healthier and all round stronger on a wellbeing front. That's thanks to the fab training sessions, but mainly to the true inclusion, connection and fun everyone has at the sessions. Sean is a great motivator, and the crew who train there really are a fantastic group!! Wouldn't opt to train anywhere else or with anyone else!!

Sean’s gym has a great atmosphere and is a lovely community, with everyone being so supportive. I have never been able to stick to any gym or exercise routine for long but I have now been at Seans gym for over 12 months. Never though that lifting weights and working up a sweat was my thing but I have now become to love it! The classes are easy to follow and Sean is always about to make adaptations if required so you would never feel like you can’t keep up.

I have been training at Sean Sallinger fitness for over 18 months and it is by far the best gym I have attended. The community support from the other members is fantastic - it is so refreshing to train with other women who genuinely want to support you and want to see you do well. Sean adapts the training sessions regularly so you don’t get bored and always feel challenged - he is also very good at adapting any workout if you are carrying an injury, and the classes are suitable for all fitness levels and abilities. Sean also provides fantastic support on nutrition and you can book a 1-1 call if you feel you need extra support in that area. Since joining I have lost weight and feel mentally and physically stronger than ever. t is a fantastic gym with friendly, supportive members -I would definitely recommend!

Joined Sean Salinger fitness after 6 months out with an injury. It is a local gym with like-minded people who all have a goal. Sean is really welcoming and helps you in every session. I feel fit again and I know it's helping my wellbeing. Cannot recommend the facility enough...
