Excellent helpful service from all the staff in particular Ian who went above and beyond to assist when we had an incorrect door panel supplied with a kitchen delivery which required exchanging. He made contact with the store whilst on a training course to ensure that the correct door was in stock and available to collect. Plenty of parking and good stock levels. Would highly recommend.

Been going here for the last 6 months or so as they have great price with plenty of stock. Most staff were friendly and helpful, I'd like to extend a special thanks to Jess and Dieter who consistently look after me. Keep up the good work.

Great store and really helpful staff, with a great little café hidden away inside, food is great and very well priced. Loads of great products. They have a number of disabled bays as well. Highly recommended.

Bad customer service I reach the branch 5:55pm to refund an item .. there were more than 5 staff at the service area , one of them approached me saying you came in the wrong time.. I told him it is refund .. he said come tomorrow.. I left 5:58 and they closed the branch soon after leaving.. The website said they opened till 6pm .. as the customer reaches there and entered the branch, he must be served.. If there were less than 1 star I will give it ..
