I first came into contact with Jen Hamer from Sennen Education about 6 weeks ago when I saw a job advertisement for a personal care assistant in a Special Needs school.
I sent my CV off with a brief letter and Jen got back to me soon after. She was really warm and friendly on the phone and put me at ease straight away.
The registration process was very thorough but really straight forward and she kept in contact to support me throughout, including an online zoom meeting. This was a really informal meeting which, again made me feel comfortable and at ease but also that she was very professional.
Following receipt of all my documents she contacted me really soon after to tell me the school wanted me to start literally 2 days later. I was unable to so started the following Monday and I’ve been there ever since.
Jen has remained in contact with me frequently since I started the role. We generally speak, email or text at least once a week. This makes me feel supported in my role at the school, I don;t feel like I’ve just been left to it and that Jen is only there to arrange work. She has always been really supportive and always says to me I can contact her any time if I have any queries, concerns or if I just want to update her with how things are going.
She’s so approachable, friendly and professional and I know I can rely on her if I ever had any problems with anything which is really reassuring and gives me confidence in my role.
I’d have no hesitation in recommending her agency to any of my friends or colleagues.

Sennen education is one of the best agencies I’ve worked for! Jen and Olivia are amazing and are always available to help you when needed. Unlike other agencies once you have a temporary placement in a school Jen makes sure to check on you and see how you are doing and if you had any problems which is lovely!

Sennen Education is great agency to work with especially if you want to gain experience in working in schools they will help you. Jennifer is so lovely, always available/easy to contact if you have any queries/ concerns. Highly recommend!!

Both Jen and Olivia have been super helpful with helping me understand the process, and sorting out all the documents needed to begin work. I loved that it was a quick turn around! They were very positive and I couldn’t ask for anything more. I would definitely recommend Sennen Education!
