We have just completed on our sale and used Jeffrey Gilbert at Setfords. It was not an easy transaction as it was a new build that was delayed due to covid, and the timescale kept on getting pushed back meaning I was a very frustrated customer! Jeffrey was available via email or phone any time of the day. He was even emailing me late at night to put my mind as ease. He never made me feel like I couldn’t speak to him and continued to try his best through the purchase to push things through for us. I would highly recommend using Jeffrey if you want to get your purchase through as smoothly as possible with speedy communication.

This is the first time we have used Setfords and definitely won't be the last.. Particular mention to Jeffrey Gilbert who was outstanding, so much so that we have already instructed him on another purchase we're making.
