I took two pairs of tatty boots. They look great now. New heels and a good polish. I had changed shifts and went a couple of days earlier to see if i could collect. Shoe doctor finished the job there and then, saving me another trip. Will definitely use again. Better value and better service than Timpson.

Wished I’d read the reviews before using this Shoe Doctor. Couldn’t agree more with the bad reviews. Avoid, disgraceful service, rude and not professional 😡☹️

I was looking to have a car key cut and replaced. After looking in the usual places ie Timpsons I came across Shoe Doctor. Couldn't fault it. Friendly service, the part they needed came later that day, stayed later so I could collect my key as I left work late and well priced. Will be definitely visiting again. 10/10

Disgraceful service. I took my shoe there to have the front of the shoe sole glued back together. When my shoe was returned to me it was flooded with dried glue seeping out of the edges. The fabric was rock solid and stained a dirty brown colour. Also when I tried my shoe on the strap across my foot was much tighter. As you can imagine I was an unhappy customer so I went back with both shoes to show the appalling state that my shoe was in compared to the one they hadn’t touched. I explained the problems and he took the shoes. He then ripped open my other shoe which was perfectly fine! When I told him it was the wrong shoe the then ripped open the second shoe which was full of glue damaging the shoe even further. With both shoes in a worse state than what I brought them in I demanded he fix them. However, he refused and said I had a bad attitude. After leaving with both my shoes destroyed I took them to Timpson’s and asked if they could be salvaged the man who worked there told me that when the shoe was ripped open after being overly glued he had split the sole causing further damage. He has recommend I take them into Manchester to someone more qualified. The service is terrible and the way they treat and speak to customers is disgusting. The owner is a vile lazy fat pig who possesses about as many brain cells as a gold fish. And his skivvy who actually “repaired” the shoes is even thicker! They are a a pair of simpletons and I would strongly recommend a avoiding their “services”.
