I bought a pair of steel toe capped boots, had them a week and the sole came off. I proceeded to take them back. I told the store assistant what was wrong and could I have a replacement? The assistant asked if the shoes had been worn???? Of course they'd been worn, they are shoes! Another assistant over heard my amusement and took over our transaction and from there on in was treated with professionalism.

Shoe zone This is the best place to come to for any type of footwear 👍 if you see a pair that you like but if they do not have your size they will see about ordering the size you need and the staff are very kind and helpful 😃 but mainly shoe zone is not 5 stars you have to give shoe zone 10 stars 👠👞👢👡👟
