The staff in the store were very polite and helpful. They allowed us to look around at our own leisure. Both the lads were very knowledgable and took the time to answer all our questions, big or small. We ended up purchasing our bed from the store. Highly recommend a visit to the store. There is plenty of parking on site.

Showroom is difficult to find and access and made worse by building works. They have a full selection of their mattresses and beds but the many staff did not engage with me and when I approached them seemed to lack knowledge and advice and were more interested talking amongst themselves. Most unusual for a flagship bed store. Lucky for me I knew what I wanted to try. I went home and ordered direct from Silentnights webshop and got 10% more discount than their shop was offering using a Welcome code.
