Rating: Minus ⭐ Disgraceful! Yesterday booked my elderly mother's taxi for 10.15 this morning. No sign of them! Didn't turn up! So, obviously, she missed her appointment. Called to find out what'd happened but Dave didn't seem to have a clue either. Apparently, according to Dave, his boss, Malik, will call me at precisely 'sometime' with an answer... I'll wait with baited breath. I also mentioned reimbursement of £15 for said missed appointment (no response)... Will update if I hear from Malik 👀

i Hired a mini bus from this company for my family day out 5 ***** service from start to finish, they confirmed via a call 30 mins before. arrived on time at the first pick up point, then another two locations, returned to collect us and waited an extra 15 minutes for us to get to pick up point.Very reasonably priced. Will highly recommend. will most definitely be using these again. driver was chatty and friendly.

Left us stranded at midnight after a family party, had a minibus for 11 of us with kids. Used the minibus to go to a family wedding earlier in the day with no problem, had it rebooked to return at midnight, but was a no show, driver would not answer his mobile and when I rang the office I was told he been involved in an accident and there’s nothing they can do, shortly after the driver rang me back and said he could be there in an hour, this would have been 01:15 in the morning….joke!!!! Ended up having to get 3 taxis from another company costing a fortune, will never use these again and advise others don’t either!!!!!

What a great place to visit , this place was built around numbers , alos the dance of Venus around earth , there is a healing Garden Great cafe run by Carl lots of loverly tasty bites There is a number of free and paid for events at the monastery. it's open to all religions and faiths defiantly worth a wonder around There is free healing available and also free counselling on certain days

I will certainly never be using this taxi company again. Extremely rude taxi driver. I have used this company on many different occasions but who knew they'd employ such a rude man. After coming home from a lovely night out, we arrived home at the price £5.10 (as it said on the meter), literally in the taxi for no longer than 5 minutes. The taxi driver asked for £15!? Which was defiantly not right. I could name several different places that ask for that price on a longer journey. Anyway, the man said his meter wasn't working (conveniently) and insisted on £15. I thought that was very misleading and he should have told us that it was broken from the very beginning when we got in the car. He was arguing with us for 10 minutes and spoken in a very rude manner which mad us very angry being spoken to like that. We paid the price of £6 (90p) more than what we should have, and got out the car, I explained I was not happy with the situation and being spoken to as he did. He then drove away slowly, opened his window and called us all bastards!!! Then drove away very fast. Very very rude, completely no need for the way he spoke and what he shouted out his car. (This was not a private hire cab, just the normal taxi car).
