I have used smiths blinds multiple times over the past 8 years since moving to Salford, they have always been brilliant from going to see the blinds in their show room to measuring then installing they are so helpful and all the staff are great. We recently had wooden shutters installed and they are beautiful and great quality. Andy and Drew fitted them and they really went above and beyond to make sure they were perfect. I would recommend smiths blinds to everyone

Excellent customer service, all details fully explained, very professional from start to finish, examples showing different blinds and colours really good with no pressure placed on customer. Fitters very professional, explained process when fitting the blinds, no disturbance to paintwork and decor , spotlessly clean Overall excellent

Rang them because I saw the van after having many companies not show up for appointments. Pleasantly surprised, sales man was kind but not pushy, they measured up, ordered a curved track rather then 5 seperate blinds, however there was an issue with the manufacturing, BUT, they rang days before they were due, rectified the issue, there was a delay but that was OK as there was plenty of notice. Fitted without mess or fuss. Would use them again.
