Wonderful customer service, Kate takes the time to talk about what you and your dog need and tailors that to fantastic individual treatment and service. My dog is nervous and has separation anxiety but Kate and the team are so kind and patient with him and his hand strip and groom looks beautiful.

15 hours agoNEW Hated it willow came out looking awful and they even shaved a patch off her arm where they had cut too short. She did have knots due to lockdown but she went in fluffy and came out number 1 all over. She was shaking and still not herself days after. I have since taken my other doggie to another groomer who have done amazing and couldn't believe what they had done. Do not use at all...before and after pics below. The last two pics is how she came out looking UPDATE - reply to owners comments below We have been taking willow for regular grooms at our previous groomersince she was a puppy ( who is now retired unfortunately) during this time there was never any patch on her shoulder and is in great health. I have since sought further advise and same conclusion was given that you have used a 0 clipper and then realised your mistake. At the time I brought her into your shop she was not in any pain from the knotts she had got during lockdown, they simply needed grooming out not saving all over. Its my opinion that you wanted to rush her has our appointment was at the end of the day, instead of taking the time to brush them out!! Thankyou

Top class grooming. Cut my dogs hair and nails. Experience was very nice and would definitely come back again!

The staff are amazing with my nervous dog. She always looks beautiful when they have groomed her and her fur regrows perfectly. I won't take her anywhere else.

Was super lovely lady's and was great with my fur baby's and even did my yodas nails I explained he was a rescue who was abused so can be volatie to say the least and they did his nails no trouble
