I really don’t recognise the negative reviews on here. I had a new pair of ski boots fitted today and had first class, friendly service, first from (Harry or Henry?) then from Kyle. They took great care and a lot of time and effort to make sure I got a good fit and I came away very happy. Thanks guys 👍

Tried a number of years ago to be fit for ski boots, found a pair I was really interested in and rang up to check they were in stock (I live 100 miles away) Travelled to store and magically they had no recollection of this phone call and no boots in stock. Staff were really unhelpful and I left. Thought I would give them another chance now I'm due for some new boots and went in when passing. Struggled to find anyone to help me and when I did he was not interested just dumped the boots for me to try then disappeared. I waited 10 mins and no return and no sign of anyone else. Won't be getting anymore of my custom due to lack of respect and Interest.

Visited store today bought two new jackets a hat and socks , great customer service and advice from store assistant Noah and Lee who ensure I got what I needed and where I struggled with stock they helped me secure online . Noah was really good at going through the items and their durability making sure I picked up the right clothing for what I needed it for. Thank you

Absolutely awful service! Probably the worst service in my 33 years living, the older member of staff upstairs literally laughed in my face and told me he was too busy to help me whilst he was stood not serving anyone, apparently the whole shop was too busy. I spoke with another member of staff at the till about my experience and he cared about as much as the older staff member upstairs did. Whilst 2 other member of staff was stood behind him playing the drums on the counter top. Dodge this shop like the plague.

Awful service today. I went to buy boots, so not a cheap purchase, and I was left waiting around. One guy did try to help but he was busy fitting boots on another customer. The other staff didn't seem to care much. I spoke to the manager and he didn't seem to care either. I walked out and will never go back to that shop.
