Somnium Property Group was founded by individual property and construction professionals who have expertise in different property and construction-related areas. The three key areas include Main Contracting, Building Consultancy and Property Maintenance.
Main Contracting - Undertaking New Build and Refurbishment works to Industrial, commercial and residential property. Cat A and Cat B office fit-outs. Full residential refurbishments and extensions. External and internal remedial and planned maintenance works for commercial and industrial units.
Building Consultancy - Chartered Building Surveyors providing professional building consultancy services to a wide range of clients from undertaking pre-acquisition surveys, monitoring developments, measured surveys and contract administrating.
Property Maintenance - Operate, control and maintain clients property portfolio from apartments to industrial units. Our reactive team are on hand 24/7 covering the Greater Manchester area.
