If only all renovation experiences were like this! Brilliant communication from when we first made an enquiry to completion of the job and at every stage Mark was professional, friendly and responsive. We had to wait quite some time to start the job but we had bad experiences with builders in the past so we were willing to wait based on initial conversations and previous reviews. It was definitely worth the wait and we could not be happier with our new space. Quality of the work is excellent and having someone to coordinate all the other services like planning, electrics, plumbing, tiling etc made this the easiet renovation we have done in our 20 years in this house. The mess was minimal which I have to admit was the thing I was dreading the most but the site was left clean and tidy everyday and Mark even kept the neighbours happy 😄. Impossible to recommend highly enough with only 5 stars ⭐️

We are really happy with the professional way that Mark and Jake worked on our loft conversion! Space loft conversions limited. Mark did a fantastic job, professional, tidy, kept to his timelines, went above and beyond and genuinely nice guy with a hint of OCD for perfection. All the contractors he used were to a high standard and professional like him. We would highly recommend him to anyone as he built so much trust with us. Thank you Mark for doing such a fantistic job 😂

We recently had a new loft room completed by Space Loft Conversions. The workmanship of Mark, Jake and those involved in specialist work was to an exceptionally high standard (Mark is a perfectionist). We now have a beautiful, light bedroom with plenty of floor space and headroom, plus a good sized ensuite. From start to finish Mark kept us fully informed of progress and highlighted when to order the various fittings. He was keen to get the best solutions for working with the space available and made a number of excellent suggestions as work progressed. Mark is completely honest and transparent abouts costs and what is included. The team was always on time and cleared up each day. We would thoroughly recommend Mark to anyone considering a loft conversion.

We genuinely couldn't be happier with the job Mark and the team at Space Loft Conversions have done for us. The new space is brilliant and it was all done with the minimum of fuss and a great finish. We've already had loads of comments about what a fantastic conversion it is and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Space Loft Conversions to anyone.

I can recommend Space Loft Conversions 100% and wouldn’t hesitate to tell family and friends to use them for a loft conversion. From the moment I spoke to Mark he was honest and professional and he managed to fit us in between jobs. We were let down by another company so we were lucky to find him. Mark went above and beyond and helped with some jobs along the way which he didn’t have to do he is a genuinely good honest builder which are hard to find! Mark and his team were always on time very tidy and everything was completed to a very high standard. Thank you again for all your help the space works better than we thought and our son loves it!
