Purchased a property which was up for sale with Space4Living (And my first one at that) They were very helpful through the whole process, which to be quite frank is terrifying, and were able to guide me along and made the everything very easy. and now I'm a property owner! Not a bad word to say. Would highly recommend.

I highly recommend Space4living Reddish branch. David was very professional and friendly. We were given a very good quote to sell our mums house. They did everything for us including the viewings. We had a number of people wanting to buy it and within a week of contacting them we had chosen a buyer. We also used their legal team again after a very good quote and the sale is going through with no problem. Very reliable and helpful throughout the whole process

Absolutely the best agents i have ever dealt with, after years of struggle to buy a house, Steve, Danielle and Charlotte have been a blessing, they were understanding and very helpful. They had the perfect house for us and arranged the mortgage with ease after we had been declined and thought we couldnt get one. The property lawyers they recommended made the process very easy. Highly recommend these guys. Thank you all 😀

Accurate valuation. Friendly and professional staff. Very pro-active in gaining interest in my property, resulting in a quick sale. Excellent value for money.
