We wanted a bespoke fireplace to replace an outdated fire surround which had certain height & width restrictions in order to avoid major decorating, replacing a laminate floor & relocation of an electrical fused spur, Alan came up with a design that met our criteria. Installation day came & presented Lee the fitter with a number of challenges, all these were overcome during the course of the installation on completion the room was left tidy & clean, excellent care & professionalism by Lee & his assistant. To summarise Alan, Julie & the installation team were outstanding from start to finish, absolutely brilliant to deal with

Excellent service from Sparks Stockport. Very helpful and friendly owners. Lee the fitter and his team were fabulous too. Very happy indeed with our new fire and surround. Thanks to you all.

Very pleased with the whole experience. We have moved to another property and we weren’t sure which type of fire we could have - gas/electric. Sparks arranged for their fitter -Lee to come. He told us we could have a gas fire. He later took and removed the old fire and surround, made the chimney suitable, sorted the gas supply - all with a minimum of fuss and dust - very important as I have an severe asthmatic allergy to dust! We returned to the showroom and were shown a selection of gas fires and mantle pieces. Very happy with our choice. After a visit by their plasterer to make good from old surround removal, our fire was fitted on Monday. We are very pleased with such a seamless operation - thanks to all Involved.

Excellent quality products and excellent customer service every time. Alan and Julie are both lovely people too. Alan has been out and repaired a small chip on our lovely limestone fireplace. Then when it got damaged by a falling mirror he couldn't have been more helpful for our insurance claim and now it looks as perfect as it did before. Recommend for sure.

Lots of choice & ideas and Team really helpful giving great advice & solutions. My new fireplace is a real feature and our lounge is the family go to now. Thanks to everyone especially Lee & installation Team who did a fab job and respected our home by working in a professional manner throughout. .......we love it!!!!
