Very helpful staff, make you feel at ease. Wasn't very pleased with the choice of glasses in-store considering you can get a larger variety online for cheaper but that's not on the staff but the company itself. Overall very pleased and would visit again when required. Recommended.

Got my glasses, weren't quite right for me, and even though I chose the lens myself the staff happy to replace them. Perfect now. Contact the store if you have a problem, all the staff were very polite and patient with me. Rehab was wonderful and I was very grateful for her understanding my needs.

Highly recommend SPECSAVERS Eccles. I’ve been going for a few years now myself and the last 18 months my three children all 7 and under have needed to go. The service is fantastic and all staff I’ve come into contact with have provided exceptional service, nothing is too much trouble, they’re kind and friendly and helpful and very nice and patient with my children. I wouldn’t like to go anywhere else now.

The customer service at Eccles Specsavers is fantastic. All the staff are so friendly and helpful. I was well looked after by Megan, Rehab and Sadia and am very pleased with my new glasses. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Great service and reasonable prices.
