I walked in after booking an appointment online and was seen to straight away within minutes. The eye test these days is so much better than what EYE can remember 👀, and the staff were great. Just have to wait two weeks for my first varifocals. 10/10

Broken glasses needing the arm screwing back to the frame. The chap who did the repair was super friendly, very helpful and made several alterations and adjustments to the repaired glasses ensuring they fitted correctly. I also made an enquiry as I was leaving with regard to the cost of glasses now and the examination price etc. The young lady who helped me out with this was thoroughly informative, explained everything in ample detail and WASN'T pushy about booking an eye test and didn't try selling me anything.

Absolutely amazing staff they are always brilliant with my oldest son who's a bit nervous about eye tests they talk to him. They are brilliant with me too. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new prescription or just new glasses

I got fed up with Macclesfield as had to go back not right so decided to come to you where my daughter . So it is hot good to sell you glasses as you have caterat problems mihsd to fill out a form Which I have done .

The optician was very friendly, funny and made you feel at ease. Very helpful when choosing your glasses.
