A extremely positive experience at this store near Salford. The optometrist was superb with great knowledge and attention to my needs. He adjusted my prescription glasses and now I can see incredible clear and well thanks to his diagnosis. I believe his name is Tariq, he is a fantastic young professional and he deserves all the credit. The store assistant was brilliant too. Dianne was friendly and demonstrated her expertise while adjusting and fitting my glasses properly. I am very satisfied and I'll be a specsaver customer for the years coming however the collection time needs to decrease as I waited 7 days to collect my glasses. As a former Carl Zeiss vision professional I know that fitting or cutting lenses it's a matter of 5 minutes therefore I think a lead time of 3 days should be more than enough. The cost of my Vivianne Westwood frames was £150 each while the other pair was included with add ons like antireflective etc I end up paying £255 honestly for the quality and the great feeling of wearing these glasses I consider the price to be a bargain. Specsavers is the place to go.

My daughter and I came in today for new glasses and the staff were all lovely. The lady who did my eye test was brilliant and then Deanna especially was so patient and helpful with both of us while we were taking ages choosing frames. She really took the time to make sure we were both happy with our choices and was a pleasure to chat to. Thank you Deanna.
