Had two visits here - One for an eye-test and to choose new frames and the other to have the new glasses fitted. Both times I was greeted by friendly and efficient staff. Overall, a very pleasant experience

Would highly recommend the Optician, Dr Arrash Massoumi who took care of my aging Mum really well. He was very helpful, kind and caring. Also very reassuring and took the time to explain everything to her clearly. Nothing too much trouble.

Such a wonderful place. This is becoming my go to place if I need new glasses. Always received great service. Never too much trouble. Every staff is very friendly and helpful. Today once more I received great service when I went to check my new pair work glasses as it wasn't right. It gets sorted very quick and without hassle. I was really happy. Highly recommend this place to anyone who wears glasses. :))

Brilliant, staff there halped massively, literally nearly all the staff ended up involved in trying to help me resolve an issue with an awful seperate named opticians, one staff even walked round to the other so called opticians to try and resolve it for us. Thanks guys, were sorted now thanks to all the staff x

I was happy with the optician and the lady who conducted the test but unfortunately the rest of the team that dealt with me were very unhelpful or didn't have the knowledge and understanding of the customer requirements and needs. Need to stock frames sizes upward of 58
