I've been in recently for an eye test and the service I experienced was as good as I could reasonably expect. I was seen to quickly and everyone I dealt with was really nice. Ordered some glasses and they were ready to pick up a week to the day. Happy with the specs, happy with service.

Since my last review I have gone elsewhere and received a better service. I’d like to point out that though Specsavers left a link and said they would be in touch but they never did get in touch. I had to go into the store where there was a new manager. She was very polite but I got no answers and she just seemed to say she was sorry I wasn’t happy with their service but that was it. I reiterate the staff there have always been lovely but I wasn’t happy with the prescription and that was never addressed. My new opticians have addressed my concerns, given me a new prescription and I’m happy with their assessment.

As I entered the shop somebody came to me straight away got me to an assistant within 5mins brilliant. She explained a new test behind the eyes which would cost £5 no problem so I had that checked out as well a very professional service which I would recommend this store to anyone much appreciated and many thanks to All the staff 👍👍

Had an eye test , scan and new prescription. Mavis was fantastic helping me choose 3 new pairs of glasses that actually suit me and without hidden costs. She listened to what I wanted . Highly recommend

Great with the kids but I had no help at all choosing ky new glasses although there were 6 staff visible on the shop floor. I was disappointed as I get discount and it wasn't explained to ke properly how it works
