The staff I saw on the day I had my test were great. However I had a voucher through a work scheme to help people in need of glasses which was refused by the branch manager and staff on the day of purchase. As a person who was needing glasses for the very first time, and told by my GP to get checked out, I thought there'd be more care and assistance. I took my business elsewhere in the end. **update***Had a call from the branch and had misunderstandings resolved. Appreciated the call very much as you don't usually get that. They would be happy for me to go back and get things sorted, and will do all they can to help with my needs and requirements. Happy to say this branch has gone the extra mile in the end***

Great service from the ease of booking my appointment to picking up my new glasses which btw have made such a difference. The shop has a great atmosphere and the staff are all so friendly and welcoming i wouldn't want to shop anywhere else.

All the staff were very friendly yet professional. The optician was reassuring and explained the test step by step. Alice helped me choose my glasses was so lovely and extremely helpful. She is a real credit to the company .

Wonderful service. The shop was clean and very well run. The staff could not have been more helpful. Loads of frames to chose from and a great 2 for 1 deal. I would recommend them.
