The sport centre has allowed me to strengthen my confidence, friendships and endurance. The staff over the years have been absolutely incredible, welcoming and so kind.
The equipment in the centre is also very well maintained, catering for every conceivable exercise or workout.
I wanted to improve my health and fitness levels, so I approached the Sports Centre to help me establish an exercise and diet plan through a personal gym program. The Sports Centre Instructors took the time to ask questions about my goals, current physical abilities, diet and habits to gain a full picture of my daily/ weekly routine. The resulting program was tailored to my individual circumstances to fit around my family and work commitments, and really easy to follow. I would highly recommend undertaking a personal program with one of the Fitness Instructors at the Sports Centre.

The gym was good for the prices. Everything was in divided rooms, not so spacious, but good for the price

Was the student desk for Indian society. The place was simply superb. Loved the classic vibes of a university sports centre. Staff as friendly and loving as always. I am a regular at the university every other day so enjoy the place for sure. Pondering on getting enrolled for gym or swimming sessions though.

Great pool, may be biased because it was pretty quiet when I went. It is slightly heated. Wonderful hot jacuzzi and sauna. Only downside is a lock was almost broken in women’s shower cubicles and I panicked a bit so just double check the lock before you use it. I had informed reception though so hopefully it is fixed now.

gym equipment is good, it does not look too modern but good equipment and good gym facilities. The pool is a good size but major downside is that the changing rooms of the swimming pool stink as the toilet area stinks of basically sewage, this has been mentioned on previous comments. The spa pool was out of order, also mentioned previously. They say you get what you pay for and thats £20 so its good for that price but the smell of the male toilets not too good at all.
