Purchased some puma trainers one of the shoes was a smaller size then the other. Clearly faulty. Went back the next day for a Refund/Exchange the weekday manager Clearly stated can not refund as they have been worn. I understand they have been worn but they are faulty? Offered no resolution, I am now going trough trading standards.

Great shop, lovely staff, cheap prices! Anyone who is complaining on here about the returns policy clearly didn’t take the time to read the returns policy written in the store. Nothing wrong with getting an exchange or a credit note in my eyes.

It was a lovely experience the staff was so helpful even when they were in a rush. (Special thanks to the pink haired girl who helped me look for my size) Will definitely go back to shop for the kids 👍

Great helpful cheaper than JD good stuff too like it a lot spent loads here but got loads too if I went to JD I'd get 4 items at the price I paid for at sports direct instead of the 14 items I bought that included trainers too so yeah cheaper place great stuff.

The amount of young workers in there getting abuse from grown ups is ridiculous. Some people oughta sort themselves out. Poor workers. Anyway great prices, lovely staff just wish the other customers were just as polite perhaps service would go more quickly if there weren’t idiots around shopping.
