Tried this laundrette for the first time whilst waiting for a part for my washing machine. The lady who works there was so friendly and explained about different load washing machines, extra spinner, dryer, plus the option for the staff to launder and prices. I was amazed how cheap it was.and will come back with heavier items in the future. Great service!

Would love to give a higher rating but keep having frustrating visits. It's understandable at the moment that pennies are stretched but if you do plan to do a wah and dry, be prepared to wait as the laundry is full of people just wanting to use the dryers.... Even though customers who use the washers should get priority

I use the laundry regularly . Always friendly staff. Not expensive to use the machines and driers. In fact I make an outing of going. Get my coffee and paper, and chill for a while. 😂😂😂👍👏👏👏

It has everything this launderette. Washers with various load capacity. Dryers. Service washes. Dry cleaning.. Even books to read whilst you're waiting.. Friendly staff and is situated near cafe and shops

It is such a shame that depending on which member of staff you get. The review goes from one to five stars. I do know that the blond attractive older lady is absolutely lovely and always does a great job. Is pleasant and softly spoken. She alone is a positive example of good customer service. The other lady not so much. She may not be aware that she comes across as rude but she does. You feel like she doesn't want to be there. I hope you can sort these reviews out. Thank you for your service over the last 10 years xx
