It is located approximately 8 miles to the north of Manchester City Centre in between the M60 orbital and the M62 Transpennine motorways. The estate has unrivalled motorway access being located immediately adjacent to the A627(M) which provides direct access to Junction 20 of the M62 within 1.5 miles, and Junction 21 of the M60 orbital motorway approximately 2.5 miles to the south.

Went here for a job, it hard to find the units, unless you know where your going, not very well organized for someone who not familiar with it.

Would be good if there was a sign or two. Places are harder to find than chickens teeth. Needs a map of the area.

Had to drive 15 miles to go to Yodel to collect a parvel but no parcel there, in fact it tuned out it had been delivered to wrong address, reception staff unable to even contact delivery driver as he had fergotten his phone, i had to go to collect the parcel myself! Very poor service, never use Yodel!!!!!

Overnight Parking spaces for HGVS. Easy to find. Good access to moterways. Also sandwich hut available.
