Awful experience here. Don't post "Any hair type" in front of your shop if your staff can't really do it! They may specialise in afro haircut, but I don't think their staff have enough experience cutting straight hair like Asian hairstyle. I went in on a Sunday afternoon as I read from their shop glass window that they cut any hair type. I even asked before starting if the guy who attended to me has cut Asian hair before and he said yes. I even showed him TWICE the video of my past haircut as a pattern (it was a fade-like cut), if he can do it and he said yes he can. Then the process started. The person who attended me was a young guy (I bet in his 20s), even making a live of my cutting! I agreed to it as it didn't bother me. But I'll just enumerate everything: 1. The way he handled the clipper at first was as if it was almost hitting my head. 2. He was talking to people, not focusing much on my hair, to the point his clipper touched my ear and I flinched, and he apologized. I even told him to be careful on the other side, it was a bit scary. But he went on to talk to another customer after that. He wiped my ear with tissue, I wished he would put alcohol but no he didn't. 3. He gestured he's done, and twice I told him to check the sides, that there are hairs stilling standing out to be cut. I was a bit annoyed because he should know what he was doing, but Frankly, I don't think he really does. He was apologetic for the minor issues, I said okay and still smiled. 4. When I went home I was more than disappointed with my haircut! The sides were not cut evenly, there was hair standing out on the supposedly fade cut. I even went to the toilet fixing those protruding hair myself, first time that I did that. The ones I attached below were already fixed, but of course I cannot fix the back side so you can see the problem (do you even call that a fade? ) My hair can grow back, but I'm just worried the clipper that might have cut my right ear (tho I think it's very little) won't give me infection/tetanus. Definitely won't return.

Well experienced barbers, I've been cutting my hair at this place for 5yrs now and I have always had the best haircut, and a nice friendly service. However, it gets really busy at times but I would advise you call in advance to ensure you do not have to wait long on the queue. Great Service and experience.
