I have had to rate Stanley with 1 star, to allow me to leave a review. With what I have been through over the last 3 months, 1 star is far too good, so if you see this review with more than 1 star, then the review page must be rigged. If you think you are getting an offer which appears too good to be true, please DO NOT sign on the dotted line. The CCTV system I have had installed is nothing like the system I requested, the whole sale seems to have been based on lies. In my opinion, the install engineer wasn't competent and there appears to be no Customer Service, even the Management dont get back to you when they have requested times and dates for a conversation. The next step for me and Stanley, is to get the system removed, and I will then feel a whole lot better that I do not have to ever deal with them again. I second the review I have just read: COWBOYS.

Great experience from start to finish. Installed on time and communication with Stanley leading up to this very easy. The system we wanted was camera outside covering the drive and also home system, they reccomended the best solution for this which we were happy to follow and I am glad we did. The App that comes with this is brilliant to manage the system through and gives extra peace of mind.

Absolutely disgraceful service, my alarm has never worked right from day one, £2500 system which still doesn’t work. 5 visits by different engineers, still not for my panic buttons, several complaints and numerous apologies but still not fixed. This is the worst alarm company I have ever encountered. Go elsewhere, find another security company but don’t use these. If anyone wants to contact me I welcome it and I can show you the emails etc.

watch for thier contracts read the small print where they take over your existing system for £1 . Also the call out charges are huge something like £270 for 1st hour , even if things are supposed to be under the maintenance service that you pay for but the engineer will create any reason to charge you to get his cut.
