Wow I love the Denton team, however Cait and Jack just ho above and beyond. Ne and H go in daily but today I dropped my drink so ordered to my house. H got a little treat, thank you so much

Ordered a latte, wanted to pay for it, then it's card only! The cashier was sorry and didn't serve me, a lady behind me paid for it by card and then I gave her the 5£ note cash I normally don't write reviews on anything, but this was embarrassing and it is lack of customer service and satisfaction

amazing customer service as always. Lovely welcoming atmosphere that makes it feel very homely and personal. the team are absolutely amazing. perfect on every aspect from allergies, taking care of customers and cleanliness. would 1000% recommend it to anyone, loads better than costa. well priced considering the quality of beverage. great place to do work from or bring the family to. amazing staff but big shout out to Gerda for her amazing customer service skills

Just tried Starbucks for the first time, ordered 2 lattes and an oat milk with strawberry and vanilla latte. The staff member Sacha was very engaging and helpful and helped me to make my choice. The coffees were being made very quickly and I am pleased with the quality of the coffee, especially the oat milk latte. Only thing they could improve on would be to accept cash but well played Starbucks and team.

The layout of this store is terrible. You have to queue for your drink in a very confined space, which blocks access to further seating and the bathroom. Furthermore, it seems to take an inordinate amount of time to receive your drink, even if there is nobody else to be served. There is a terrible, boardroom style, meeting table which is not practical at all & should be replaced with more comfortable seating or more tables. There is also so much space above the counter etcetera, it feels that could be used as an upstairs area, but for some reason, they have decided to make it feel like you are drinking in an aeroplane hangar! Rethink the design of the store guys and speed up your service please.
