Spent most of my evening here today whilst doing some uni work and was served by 3 lovely girls. They were really friendly, professional and hard working. The store was really clean, all bins were emptied regularly, tables and floors were clean and the drinks were hot and delicious!! Thank you so much for the great service, Shaquina, Ella and Aimee. Definitely deserve a pay rise or bonus for all their hard work!!

Drinks are fine but the wait is horrendous. Doesn't matter if you do a drive through, eat in or how many customers there are. I've been over a dozen times and I know, and have, always had to wait at least 15 minutes for 2 drinks. There seem to be enough staff bit it's just so slow. Starbucks have a look at why!

Ive been 5 times now. Every time its been very poor service. The younger staff appear keen and polite however the senior staff have very poor customer service skills and are lazy. The person with a long dark pony tail has been overtly rude more than once and has never been polite to me or anyone else ive been in the queue with. The women who appeared to be the manager left me waiting to be served a long time and then blamed me for the drink not being what I asked for. When i drink my drink pretty much everyone is taking about what poor service it is. It's such a shame.

How do the staff know how much milk people like in their tea. The tea was so milky it was undrinkable. I asked for a replacement which took a while to come but was exactly the same. Why can't the milk be given in a small jug so customers are able to put their own in. The member of staff did explain that the tea bags were very weak. Very disappointing for £2.70.!

Took my daughter for her first starbucks on Monday 20th June as a treat for good school work, it was 30 mins before they closed so everything had already been packed up and pretty much put away when we walked in. She had tried her friends drink which we asked about but the very unhelpful lady working behind the counter just looked like she couldn't be bothered at all. Ended up getting a drink she didn't like as we felt pushed out the door. I would give 0 stars if I could. When we asked for a chocolate cookie she replied with "I don't think we have any left" I could see them packed up. Which she did get us once she checked if there were any there. Once we got our drink she turned around and muttered bye. All in all will not be returning, I've also had a few others say the same about this branch. I've worked in hospitality for 10 years and wouldn't dream of giving someone the level of service we got that day. I later found the drink that my daughter wanted which apparently they no longer did...
