Cannot recommend this place enough. They take amazing care of our dog and always go the extra mile. We drive out of our way so our dog can attend. Staff are so kind and attentive. Would highly recommend.

Great place for your dog to get some exercise while your at work. I personally like the open hours too. Bruce is always tired from a hard day's play. The Paw Points are also a good idea I haven't seen anywhere else doing this. Keep up the good work guys.

Absolutely amazing & consistent service - the opening hours give me flexibility around my work, and they really do look after my dog. He always comes home without a bad smell like he has done from other doggy day cares! Their grooming and training are fantastic too. My number 1 choice for our regular grooms.

Millie, our doodle, has gone to Daycare since she was 3 months old. I cannot recommend them enough. She loves going there and comes home exhausted from all the fun. The costs are extremely reasonable and StaynPlay has the best opening times of all local daycares, catering for people who work longer days or commute. Every day StaynPlay publish pictures of your pups during their day. The staff are friendly. StaynPlay makes it possible for us to have a dog and not worry when we both work at the same time. Not to forget the added bonus of our dog being extremely well socialised from such a young age.

Our dog has obtained three injuries from this Daycare (A small split lip, a puncture wound in her neck and a deep gash on her back), the last of which needed minor surgery at a cost of £560. On each of these occasions, we've received no apology. It took four days to obtain any information and they are still unsure as to how the last injury occurred. The staff aren't allowing us to see the CCTV footage, so we're having to take their word for it. From the information we've received, management have essentially blamed our 6 month old puppy for getting a little excited.. She's a PUPPY. If excitement is an issue, mitigate the risks. The manager became very defensive when questioned and lacked the basic customer service skills you'd expect from a well reviewed business. There's a total lack of empathy and a need to absolve themselves of all responsibility before putting the customers needs first. After our dog obtained the second injury, (Our puppy was bitten on the neck after accidentlly knocking into a sleeping dog) I asked the staff if Daycare was too much for her, preparing to withdraw her if needed. We were given guarantees that this wasn't the case and our pup would be monitored closely to ensure she was safe. A month later, we were at the vets getting a 20mm long wound in her back stitched up..
