Took our DS 7 for her regular service today. Was greeted straight away by a female member of staff, offered a coffee and a comfy seat surrounded by lovely DS vehicles. Ryan Curly was excellent, great customer service, calm reassuring tone to his voice and was genuinely interested in us and our car. We reset a service plan, again Ryan and his female colleague were really helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you DS

My DS was recalled and I chose this Manchester dealership as it was the nearest for me as I live in Gwynedd North Wales. My car had to be transported in due to my situation I was unable to take it there myself. I can only compliment all the staff on the service line from initially making the booking to all other queries I had regarding my car. They were all polite , friendly and very customer focused. I would particularly like to mention Ryan Curley who was dealing with the recall work on my car , he kept me updated on the status of the work , and went over and beyond to ensure that I had my car delivered back to me as soon as possible in A1 condition, there was nothing too much trouble for him. That is what I class as excellent customer service. A big thank you to all at Stellantis &You Manchester for the 5* service.

What a difference 12 months makes. I had a call 1 day before my appointment for confirmation of booking and time. Turned up 5 minute early and was warmly greeted by a nice receptionist who knew my name, car reg and what it was in for. Asked me a preferred pick up time ,3pm. I would be contacted as soon as car was ready. 1pm i received a phone call informing me my car was ready. 3pm i picked up car cleaned inside and out. Couldn't of asked for any better service. I have owned a couple of BMW's before and find Stellantis on a equal par with this experience. WELL DONE👍

Dealt with Robert (Motability Specialist) to discuss my next car. Quite possibly the most pleasant, professional and funny car salesman I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with, in 33 years of driving. Everything explained clearly and a pressure free test drive. Ultimately resulted in placing a order for my new car. Currently use them for servicing a Citroen and the service team are extremely helpful. Highly recommended dealership, generally.

Had an appointment booked, and we spoke with Robert, he was very friendly and very welcoming. Explained about the car we was interested in and left us to have a look which I thought was really nice and no one there to pressure you whilst you’re looking around. Drinks was offered as well. After we viewed the car we met back up and discussed options and it was a really pleasant experience and cannot fault him, had all the information for us and explained everything that we needed to know. Thank you and fully enjoyed our experience and cannot wait to pick up our new car in the next few weeks.
