Dropped my car off first thing for a diagnostic test costing £150.00 which once they had finally got round to doing after spending most of the day carrying out a health check, was too late in the day to carry out repairs and I would have to book in again. Not only that but I was handed my keys and left to find my car which was finally found on the opposite side of the forecourt, not cleaned and hoovered as I was told would be the case. Absolutely abysmal service.

Took my car this morning to Peugeot Manchester branch for it's 1st service. Decided to wait whilst the service was being done. Got to say the staff were fantastic. Asked if I needed anything, and furnished with coffee and the TV on ( with subtitles) making the time fly. Every salesperson I encountered wished me good morning. Special praise to the receptionist who made my visit so positive. As always a pleasure attending this dealership.

Took my car for its second service and I was looked after very well by Ryan, he is very friendly & an approachable person. He explained everything that was done on my car & what needed doing to it as I booked my car in again at the end of the month for the repairs to be done. The staff are very attentive and very welcoming as you first walk into Peugeot which is a plus for me! I would recommend this branch to anyone to come and purchase a car.

100% Recommend! The team here are just wonderful and are more than happy to accommodate your needs where possible. My first ever Peugeot was from here, it's been a great car. Every visit has been a delight. They recently replaced a blown tyre for me quite urgently, but something wasn't right as it kept deflating. However, they replaced it with another without any fuss whatsoever. Also they love dogs and welcome pets too! Thanks so much for looking after me and the dog each visit! 10/10!

Awful experience - Having previously owned 4 new DS vehicles, I can honestly say I’ve never been so disheartened and disgusted by the staff at this branch. Not only are they rude, but they lie, are manipulative and have no intention whatsoever to amend any issues with the vehicle I had under warranty which they damaged beyond their capabilities. Not only this, but they bill you for servicing plans you’ve already paid for and parts that are covered under warranty and refuse to deal with you as a DS customer if you don’t pay on their ridiculous terms. Black mailed beyond belief by this company and I will never return to any car manufacturer under the Stellantis Group again. I have moved over to Ford, a far better company, no issues with their products and their customer service is fantastic. I would suggest anyone thinking about buying a vehicle from this branch, think twice. You should all be ashamed of yourselves.
