Please do not order from this branch. They always forget to send something what you have ordered. I hate to tell you that today they forgot to add veggies to my subway sandwich. I mean what kind of stupidity is this. Moreover, They dont pick your call up. I am not ordering anything from here now onwards. Super annoyed. Didn’t want to give even 1 star.

!!WARNING!! Just ordered on deliveroo and the moment I received confirmation the order was on it's way I got a message from the rider asking for the address, which was on the order but I sent anyway. 5 minutes later I got told my food has been delivered (which it hadn't) only to be told because I spoke to the rider directly that means I'm not entitled to a refund. Be careful when ordering through deliveroo as this just seems like a scummy way for lazy riders to get away with saying they've delivered your order.

My partner ordered Subway on Deliveroo and when it came I saw that instead of Chicken Tikka they gave me Roast Chicken which I don't like, I tried calling them 4 times and nobody answered, when I finally got through I told them I wanted to make a complaint about my order and they hung up. Will not be ordering from Harpurhey Store again

Fully ignorant female staff, no welcome and no customer service whatsoever i stood up there for 10 mins because she was too slow and busy in chatting with people, I can’t tolerate these type of staffs and i just left without buying anything and saying anything. Subway is same everywhere but customer service is not so no more this subway maybe somewhere else i will go.bye
