Pretty difficult to work with. The receptionist is fairly rude and could do with some customer service training, and the schedule for portaloo servicing seems totally random. We have a portaloo at an unmanned site with limited access, so need to arrange the date and time of the service in advance, otherwise no one will be there to give them access. Every time we have used Swift Loos, they've promised to confirm a date and time in advance, then the next thing I get is a call out of the blue from their driver saying they are on their way. No one's there! It's happened three times now over the past couple of years, never any apology. Surely it can't be that difficult to arrange a time that works for your customers? The only reason I have given more than one star is because they do actually empty the loos when they (randomly) turn up.

Called in yesterday to enquire about a wacker for today only to be told this morning that they. Had hired it out. Completely landed me in it! First they only had 1 that was already out, then they had 7 that were all out and had no idea when any would be back. I got the feeling they just didn’t like the look of me. Thanks for nothing guys, job stopped
