Swinton Poolhall

Previously called 'Precinct Pool' in the early 80's we changed our name to 'Swinton Leisure' with the addition of our Indoor Bowling in 1985 and have recently turned to the name everyone has been calling us 'Swinton Poolhall'  while still retaining all the following sports. With 9 Snooker tables, 12 Supreme Winner Pool tables and a American Pool table we entertain a large number of visitors every week, playing on well kept snooker and pool tables. The home of Swinton Indoor Bowling Club with 3 Indoor Bowling Rinks established 1985 offering league and social bowling. The Poolhall Gym, is a Members only well equipped fitness gym, with  Force Fitness stations, Free Weights, Boxing and Cardio Areas. You can also book sessions with Beth from Tri Hard Personal Training, no membership required. Video Touch Screen Games Room and Digital Jukebox with 40,000 tracks. As well a having the excellent facilities on offer, we  have a reasonably priced Menu and a fully stocked Bar. Our Fitness Instructors and Tournament Coordinators can assist with all aspects of your leisure needs from a good work out and fitness regime to a host of in house tournaments, including our own Snooker & Pool Knockouts and the well established Salford 8-Ball Pool Open Series and our newly introduced in house Singles League, co-ordinated by the Eccles and District Blackball Pool League. We are the home venue for the Greater Manchester County Blackball Team, also have 3 Pool Teams in the Tuesday night Eccles and District Blackball Pool League and 1 Team in the Wednesday night Radcliffe and District Pool League.   Why not join our regular Texas Hold’em Poker Tournaments on Wednesdays and occasional Sunday Specials, win cash on the day and attain points towards a Free £35.00 Casino Tournament after every 10 week series for the top 3 players.  Also after 5 Series all points go on to the Champions League Table, which give the top 2 players a ticket to the Goliath in Coventry.  Play Darts on one of our 4 Dart Boards, 3 boards have quality Electronic and Dry Wipe Marking Boards and one board is dedicated to Match Play. Or enter one of our many 30 Board Darts competitions that are run throughout the year, professionally run in collaboration with Lancashire Darts Organisation and Fataldarts Promotions.

Has now turned into my go to snooker club. Friendly staff, always relatively quiet and relaxed. Mixed crowd with pool, snooker darts and indoor bowls for the older crowd. Good prices. Roughly £7 an hour for snooker. Not sure on the exact price.

Been a few times now. Reasonable price and considering becoming a member with how much it cost. Pool and snooker tables are good quality. An OK range of drinks and staff are friendly and professional. Will definitely be returning.

I mean it was a good experience apart from a random guy put his hand in my pocket to get my chalk😂and by random I mean I actually didn't know him. So it's kinda making me wonder but other than that was a good evening

Came here today freindly staff good service. Plenty of tables. Only gripe was charged £1 for non member but no one said how much it was for a membership. Thought beer was over priced aswel. Overall good experience tho and will be back to try again 👍
