Made to wait during rush hour traffic on a main road for a driver struggling to manoeuvre his wagon. It has taken the driver over half an hour and multiple trips in and out his cab to move the vehicle from blocking the road. Absolutely no care or acknowledgement for the public what so ever.

Driver of LO10ADA. Needs to learn what lane to be in and not cut in front of a loaded artic. All this because he got in the wrong lane. Bromborough under M53. Let’s hope my boss doesn’t take it further. Just before 4 pm 03/11/23
