I have been coming to t&a for many years however today was the last time. The man who did my nails was extremely rude and incredibly unhelpful. When paying for a service and asking basic questions about what he would suggest or would work well he started to raise his voice and slam things about. I have never experienced such poor customer service. I will be attending the nail shop around the corner in future. Absolutely appalling service.
